- Travel expenses
- We are going to refund 70% of total ticket cost.
- To refund your money for travel cost we need
- Copy of the ticket where have to be names of every participants. If do you use a public transport, please ask the travel agency to name the participant names on tickets.
- Insurance
- All participants must be insured. Try to ask in your country at the insurance company if your insurance is valid in the Czech Republic. It is very important to bring insurance card with you at the camp. Unfortunately we do not refund special insurance.
- Using a car as a mean of transport for your delegation
- It is possible, but be aware that we are going to refund you 70% of the whole cost for traveling. This price is calculated by using the cheapest public mean of transport costs.
We are going to refund money for a gas, car amortization is not allowed. If do you want use a car we need:- total kilometre count
- copy of the car insurance
- copy of car registration
- gas bills
- Participant fee
- 20 Euro for whole stay for each person.
